Company: Jobber Recruit LTD is hiring for a client into Event planning & decoration (based in Dallas, TX)
👉Time: 8:00 AM–6:00 PM US time (2:00 PM–12:00 AM Nigeria)
Key tasks
• Manage emails, DMs and client inquiries
• Schedule meetings and handle calendars
• Support event coordination and follow-ups
• Post provided social content and create simple visuals
• Edit short videos and handle light admin/reporting
Must have
•A Certificate to prove your skill
– Proven VA/admin experience
• Excellent written English and time management
• Proficient with Google Workspace, Zoom, Calendly
• Comfortable with Canva, ChatGPT and CapCut
• Reliable laptop + stable internet
• Age: less than or exactly: 30
