Responsibilities:
– Managing company invoices and accounts
– Assisting with event admin & guest lists
– General administrative support (ordering items, booking flights, etc.)
– Writing and formatting proposals
– Managing the company phone line
– Comfortable using Xero, CRMs, and Microsoft/Google tools
