Description: What We’re Looking For

2+ years of customer service experience (high-volume preferred)
Sales experience or confidence recommending services
Strong phone presence and communication skills
A naturally positive attitude with the ability to communicate clearly and confidently—clients should be able to hear the smile in your voice on every interaction
Highly organized with strong attention to detail
Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
Comfortable working independently (remote role)
Tech-savvy (Google Workspace, CRM systems, etc.)
Real estate or photography experience is a plus
What You’ll Do

Answer incoming calls, emails, and messages promptly and professionally
Take and manage client orders with accuracy
Guide clients through our services and recommend the best options
Coordinate scheduling with photographers and editors
Handle client questions, issues, and problem-solving
Assist with onboarding new clients
Manage billing inquiries and basic payment processing
Maintain accurate records in our system.
