Handle both inbound and outbound customer interactions
Complete customer verification and ensure satisfaction on every call
Schedule and dispatch installation and service appointments
Assist clients through the funding/financing process
Maintain accurate records and provide timely follow-ups
Minimum of 2 years of customer service experience
Fluent in English (spoken and written)
Strong communication and problem-solving skills
Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment
6 days per week (60 hours per week)
Must be available to work either Saturday or Sunday
SALARY: $4 an hour + tips
