We are seeking a highly experienced and proactive IT Systems & Infrastructure Administrator to manage and optimize the organization’s entire IT ecosystem across multiple locations. The ideal candidate will be responsible for ensuring secure, stable, and efficient IT operations supporting office users, design teams, production systems, showroom technology, and business management platforms. This role requires strong expertise in system administration, network management, cybersecurity, and production IT support within a multi-site environment.

• IT Infrastructure & Systems Administration
• Microsoft 365 Administration (Exchange, Teams, OneDrive, SharePoint)
• Network & Connectivity Management (VPN, Firewalls, Routers, Wi-Fi)
• Data Storage, Backup & Disaster Recovery
• Cybersecurity & Compliance Management
Business Software Administration (Microsoft Dynamics NAV, Zoho CRM)
• Design & Engineering Software Support (AutoCAD, Revit, SketchUp, Blender)
• Production & Factory Software Support
• Production Machinery IT Environment Support (CNC Machines, Beam Saws, etc.)
• Showroom & Retail Technology Support (CCTV, Biometrics, POS Systems)
• User Support, Training & Helpdesk Management
• Continuous Improvement, Automation & IT Strategy Support
Requirements
• Bachelor’s Degree in IT, Computer Science, or related field
• Minimum of 7 – 9 years experience in System Administration
• Proven experience managing multi-location IT environments
• Strong background in manufacturing or factory IT systems
• Proficiency in Microsoft 365 Administration and Windows Server
Solid networking knowledge (TCP/IP, VPN, firewall configuration)
• Experience with NAS, backup, and disaster recovery solutions
• Hands-on experience with Microsoft Dynamics NAV and Zoho CRM
• Experience supporting high-performance workstations and design software
• Strong knowledge of cybersecurity best practices
• Excellent troubleshooting, documentation, and communication skills
