Description: Key Responsibilities
Recruit and place CDL-A drivers nationwide
Contact and follow up with applicants using company systems
Screen candidates and guide them through the hiring process
Manage your pipeline and daily activity
Attend virtual training sessions and team meetings
Communicate regularly with leadership and team members
Requirements:
Must be authorized to work in the United States
Ability to work a minimum of 30 hours per week after training
Strong communication and organizational skills
Reliable computer, smartphone, and high-speed internet
Self-motivated and able to work independently
Comfortable working in a performance-based role.
