Responsibilities
•Manage and coach a team of sales closers to meet targets
•Follow up on pending and unconfirmed orders daily
•Coordinate with delivery agents to improve delivery success rates
•Monitor performance and drive overall sales efficiency
Requirements
•HND/B.Sc. in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field
•Minimum of 2 years experience in sales management, telesales, or e-commerce operations
•Proven track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets.
