Open Positions (13 Total)

1. Job Researchers / Content Sourcing Interns (6 Openings)

Your role is the engine of our platform. You will be responsible for hunting down the best open remote jobs and feeding them to our publishing team.

  • Requirements: Must be a trained and certified Virtual Assistant with a strong interest in content curation/writing or copywriting

  • X (Twitter) Specialists (2): Monitor and scrape job posts from verified X accounts dedicated to hiring.

  • LinkedIn Specialists (2): Scan LinkedIn for high-quality, open remote job postings.

  • Web Specialists (2): Scrape and review other job boards and company career pages.

  • Daily Task: Accurately copy and paste job descriptions and application links into the team’s central communication group.

2. Web Designers / Content Publishers (3 Openings)

You are the bridge between raw data and our audience. You will ensure our website looks professional and is constantly updated.

  • Responsibilities: Take turns retrieving the raw job links from the sourcing team and formatting/publishing them directly onto Jobswithdexa.co.uk.

  • Daily Task: Ensure job posts are visually appealing, accurately categorized, and easy for job seekers to read and apply to.

3. Social Media Managers (2 Openings)

You are the voice of our brand. You will ensure the jobs we publish on our website reach the right candidates across the globe.

  • Requirements: Must be a trained and certified Virtual Assistant with a strong interest in social media management and content creation.

  • B2B Specialist (1): Craft engaging posts and republish our website’s job links to Twitter (X) and LinkedIn.

  • Community Specialist (1): Craft engaging posts and republish our website’s job links to Facebook and Threads.

4. Project Manager (1 Opening)

You are the conductor of the workflow. Your role is to ensure the entire assembly line—from sourcing to publishing to social media—runs flawlessly.

  • Responsibilities: * Oversee the daily workflow between the Researchers, Web Designers, and Social Media Managers.

    • Ensure daily quotas for job postings are met and eliminate any bottlenecks in the team group chat.

    • Keep the team aligned and track the platform’s daily output.

5. Human Resources (HR) Intern (1 Opening)

While the Project Manager focuses on the output, you focus on the people and process.

  • Responsibilities:

    • Onboarding & Support: Welcome new interns, ensure they have access to all tools, and act as the primary point of contact for questions or mediation.

    • Tracking & Evaluation: Conduct check-ins to ensure interns are receiving feedback and logging their training hours.

    • SOP Creation: Help document our internal operations to build standard operating procedures for future teams.
