Job Summary:
Seeking a forward-thinking Technology Manager to lead technology strategy, strengthen IT operations, and oversee digital product development.
You’ll drive innovation, manage infrastructure, lead the tech team, and ensure secure, scalable systems that power organizational growth and impact.
Responsibilities:
– Define & execute enterprise-wide technology strategy
– Oversee IT infrastructure, cybersecurity & digital governance
– Manage product development for civic-tech platforms & data tools
– Lead sprint cycles, product roadmaps & UX improvements
– Supervise engineers, designers & external tech vendors
– Establish SOPs for IT support, licensing & compliance
– Ensure data privacy compliance (NDPR, GDPR)
– Build secure data pipelines & promote ethical data use
*Qualifications/Experience:
– Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Information Systems, or related field
– 5–7 years’ experience in technology management, IT leadership, or digital product development
– Strong knowledge of IT infrastructure, cloud systems & cybersecurity
– Experience leading multidisciplinary tech teams
– Proficiency in agile methodologies & digital platform management
