Responsibilities
Answers all incoming calls with a friendly, empathetic approach.
Address inquiries and provide information about services to clients or customers.
Accurately gathers and inputs pertinent information into organizational systems.
Confirm eligibility or documentation requirements based on company policies or regulatory standards.
Act as a liaison between clients and internal departments to ensure seamless service delivery.
Address and resolve any issues or discrepancies during the intake process.
Maintain confidentiality and ensure compliance with applicable data security and privacy regulations.

Skills/Qualifications
Required
2+ years experience in a customer service related role
Effective communication skills
Organizational skills
Problem-solving/Decision-making capabilities
Proficient in Microsoft Suites, including Outlook, Word, and Excel.
Analytical thinking.
