Experience Required: 3–5 Years
Key Responsibilities:
End-to-end recruitment for healthcare roles (RNs, NPs, physicians, etc.).
Sourcing, screening, and placing talent for state (government) and commercial clients in the US.
Managing the offer process and staying updated on US healthcare credentialing and licensing.
Meeting submission and placement targets.
Requirements:
3+ years of US healthcare recruiting experience.
Strong knowledge of healthcare roles and compliance.
Experience with ATS and platforms like Indeed, Dice, and LinkedIn.
Preferred (Bonus Points):
Experience with travel nurses or hospital systems.
Knowledge of US credentialing and licensing.
