We are looking for a proactive and reliable Executive Assistant to support daily operations, improve accountability, and help drive business progress. This role is ideal for someone organised, motivated, and willing to learn.
Key Responsibilities
Learn and use our CRM (GoHighLevel) to manage leads and workflows
Support the founder with structure, organisation, and execution
Oversee lead management, ensuring all leads are followed up by the sales team
Assist with team coordination and ensure tasks are completed efficiently
Support lead generation efforts, including outreach and follow-ups (closing leads is a bonus)
Requirements
Strong organisational and communication skills
Proactive mindset and willingness to take initiative
Ability to manage multiple tasks and ensure accountability
