Hiring! Remote Client Support Specialist

What You’ll Do

Assist clients with questions related to platform features and functionality
Troubleshoot basic technical issues and guide users through solutions
Provide clear, step-by-step support via phone, email, or chat
Document interactions and track common issues to improve the experience
Collaborate with internal teams when issues need escalation
Help ensure clients feel supported from onboarding through ongoing use

What We’re Looking For

Comfortable communicating with clients in a professional, friendly way
Able to explain technical concepts in simple terms
Organized and detail-oriented when handling multiple requests
Open to learning new systems and processes
Previous customer service or support experience is helpful but not required.
