TON Tech is a team of technical experts supported by the TON Foundation, providing tools, SDKs, auditing, and events for TON Blockchain developers.
The company is hiring a Senior Project Manager to strengthen execution discipline at the intersection of product, engineering, and operations. This is a hands-on delivery role focused on tracking, coordination, risk management, and turning plans into results.
Responsibilities include:
– Maintain detailed tracking across projects and milestones
– Attend syncs, capture decisions & follow up on action items
– Monitor timelines, surface risks, and prepare weekly reports
– Escalate blockers and improve team processes
– Support coordination between product, engineering, and operations
Requirements:
– 5+ years in project or delivery management in tech
– Proven track record managing multiple parallel projects
– Strong planning, follow-up, and organizational skills
– Comfortable in technical environments and fast-paced settings
– Experience with Jira, Notion, Linear or similar
Preferred:
– Product/engineering org background
– Leadership reporting experience
– Process improvement experience
