Senior Social Media Manager for VOIR SOCIAL London (Remote + On-Location)

3 years ago, I turned my personal brand into a social media marketing agency Voir Social. What started as a side hustle, built from growing a TikTok audience to 2 million followers, has evolved into a thriving business.
Clients came to me because they trust my brand and they have stayed because we deliver results.
Now, I am looking for a Senior Social Media Manager to work closely alongside me, leading our 3 key beauty and fashion clients, as well as several exciting personal brand projects.
The Role
* Permanent, full-time position (Monday to Friday, 9am–5pm)
* Remote working, with regular on-location shoot days in London (up to 3 per week)
* Candidates must be London-based
* Salary: up to £65,000 per annum, dependent on experience (plus performance based bonuses)
What You’ll Be Doing
* Turning my crazy creative concepts into fully implemented content plans
* Managing end-to-end content production for up to 5 clients at a time across fashion, beauty, and lifestyle
* Filming (iPhone), editing, scheduling, and publishing content
* Analysing client performance and creating weekly/monthly reports to provide insights, inform strategy, and support ongoing development
* Working directly alongside me on my personal brand and upcoming projects
What We’re Looking For
* Minimum 3–4 years’ experience in a social media agency environment, with a proven track record of managing multiple client accounts
* Strong portfolio proving work within beauty, fashion, or lifestyle sectors
* Ability to create Canva graphics for social media purposes
* Confidence both on set and behind the camera
* A self-starter who thrives with autonomy
* Someone who is proactive, takes full ownership of their workload and runs with it
* Someone who thrives under pressure, this is a fast-paced role with tight deadlines and high expectations
