Key Responsibilities
​This role involves managing the full-cycle recruitment process for diverse technical positions:
​Sourcing & Screening: Identifying and evaluating high-quality IT candidates for roles including Developers, Cloud, and Data specialists.
​Full Lifecycle Management: Handling everything from initial sourcing to coordinating interviews and managing follow-ups.
​Platform Mastery: Utilizing professional networks like LinkedIn and Naukri to find top-tier talent.
​Client Coordination: Working with exciting clients across various markets to fulfill their technical hiring needs.

Candidate Requirements
​Industry Experience: Prior experience specifically in IT hiring is mandatory.
​Sourcing Skills: Strong ability to navigate and extract talent from LinkedIn, Naukri, and other recruitment platforms.
​Soft Skills: Excellent communication and coordination abilities to manage both candidates and clients effectively.
​Self-Management: Must be able to work independently, meet deadlines, and thrive in a remote setting.
