We’re scaling fast and need a technical support to:
– Train our users on vibe coding tools
– Get on 15 min google meets with users that are stuck
– Answer technical questions (github, Cursor etc) in live chat
– Train users to use our product
We have hundreds of paying users, some beginners, some business owners and some more experienced. They all need help learning our tool, and how to use it to plan and build better apps with ai.
Your job: have real conversations and help them build better apps, get setup using cursor / lovable etc. Help with terminal issues and github etc
Theres plenty of room to grow
MUST HAVES:
– Fluent English speaker
– Clear accent / easy to understand
– Experienced with 1-1 calls
