Key Responsibilities:
Onboard new clients and act as their main point of contact.
Manage client relationships and ensure high satisfaction.
Translate client goals into actionable marketing strategies.
Monitor campaign performance and provide regular reports/updates.
Identify opportunities for upselling or cross-selling services.
Requirements:
2+ years of experience in Customer Success or Account Management, preferably in a digital marketing agency.
Strong understanding of SEO, PPC, and Social Media Marketing.
Excellent communication and presentation skills.
Ability to multitask and manage multiple client accounts effectively.
