Hiring: Customer Success Manager/Remote

Key Responsibilities:
​Onboard new clients and act as their main point of contact.
​Manage client relationships and ensure high satisfaction.
​Translate client goals into actionable marketing strategies.
​Monitor campaign performance and provide regular reports/updates.
​Identify opportunities for upselling or cross-selling services.
​Requirements:
​2+ years of experience in Customer Success or Account Management, preferably in a digital marketing agency.
​Strong understanding of SEO, PPC, and Social Media Marketing.
​Excellent communication and presentation skills.
​Ability to multitask and manage multiple client accounts effectively.
