Compensation: $5/hour (Approx. $800/month)
Growth: $1/hour annual pay increase
Key Responsibilities
Communication: Handling inbound/outbound calls and managing client communications.
Administrative Support: Managing inboxes, calendars, and schedules; supporting daily front-office tasks.
Data & Documentation: Updating CRM systems and preparing necessary documents.
Candidate Requirements
Experience: 2+ years in customer service or administrative roles.
Communication Skills: Fluent in English; comfortable with frequent phone interactions.
Technical Proficiency: Experience with Microsoft Office and CRM tools.
Soft Skills: Professional, proactive, people-focused, with strong organization and multitasking abilities.
