Hiring! Human Resources Coordinator – Entry Level – Remote

Description: Essential Functions

 

· Provide support for various Human Resources functions including benefits and hiring.

 

· Act as primary contact for internal Fleet program by handling vehicle deliveries, vehicle transfers, documentation, GeoTab and communication with Fleet representative.

 

· Assist in event planning for various corporate events and be able to travel to these events.

 

· Create and distribute various company-wide communications and documentation.

 

· Assist with Open Enrollment each year using our EE Navigator system.

 

· Coordinate new hire on-boarding documents, check for accuracy and resolve any outstanding items.

 

· Provide support for TravelPerk, Uber and Ramp systems.

 

Required Qualifications

 

· Bachelor’s degree from a 4-year university, or equivalent work experience.

 

· Ability to work from home: functional computer, high-speed internet connection, and autonomous time management.

 

· Great communicator: clear, direct, and accessible. Comfortable listening, providing feedback, and reporting progress and results to leadership.

 

· Meticulous attention to detail.

 

· High level of proficiency with Microsoft Office and Teams.
