What the Role Involves
Building AI Agents: Moving beyond “dashboards” to create autonomous workflows that turn people data into decisions.
Architecture: Building a BigQuery-centered architecture.
Integrations: Connecting the “People Stack” which includes Workday, Greenhouse, Docebo, Tangelo, and Salesforce.
System Integrity: Managing CI/CD, prompt versioning, and observability for LLMs.
Ethics & Governance: Implementing anonymization and access controls for sensitive employee data.
Requirements
Experience: 7+ years in Engineering/Data Engineering, with 2+ years specifically in AI/ML or LLM-based systems.
Tech Stack: Strong GCP (Google Cloud Platform), BigQuery, Python, and SQL.
LLM Platforms: Familiarity with OpenAI, Gemini, and Claude.
SaaS Expertise: Experience integrating enterprise HRIS and CRM tools.
