Description: Responsibilities:
Develop,maintainand execute smoke, regression, functional, performance and other test cases as needed.
Ensure test cases have full traceability back to business requirements and technical specifications.
Be able to understand the software internals, debug issues, review logs and write automated tests with scripting and automation tools.
Communicate the testing metrics to the stakeholders on a regular basis.
Log and retest defects.
Identifyandmaintaintest data requirements.
Assistoncomplexinternal process improvement initiatives.
Mentorand traintheQA Engineer L2s.
May include other duties as assigned.
Qualifications
Required Skills:
Functional testing experience from writing to executing the test cases
UI automation and understanding of the framework
REST API testing and automation experience
Problem solving skills and open to code using any programming language, preferably Java
Result oriented, have good interpersonal skills, and should be able to work both independently and in a team environment
Preferred Skills:
Performance testing andDevOPSexperience
Working experience on DB
Minimum Education, Licensure and Professional Certification requirements: Bachelor’s degreerequiredin Information Systems / Computer Science / Engineering / Science / Mathematics with computer background
Minimum Experience required (number of years necessary to perform role) : 2+ years of experiencerequiredin testing, including automation testing
