Description: What You’ll Do
Manage the executive’s calendar, schedule meetings, and prevent conflicts
Handle internal and external communications, including email and phone
Support planning, execution, and tracking of projects to keep deadlines on target
Liaise with clients, coordinate meetings, and maintain positive relationships
Manage filing, document organization, and general administrative duties
Plan and coordinate travel itineraries, accommodations, and logistics
Prepare meeting agendas, take minutes, and follow up on action items
Assist with budget tracking and expense management
Handle all sensitive information with strict confidentiality
Juggle multiple priorities simultaneously, keeping high-priority tasks front and center
What We’re Looking For
Proven experience as an Executive Assistant or in a similar senior support role
Strong written and verbal communication skills
Exceptional organizational ability and attention to detail
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, Google Workspace, and project management tools
Demonstrated ability to handle confidential information with discretion
A proactive mindset — you anticipate needs rather than wait to be asked
