Role Overview
This is a Level 1 (L1) Hardware Support position. The primary focus is on diagnosing and resolving physical hardware issues and basic network connectivity for end-users via various communication channels.
Core Responsibilities
Hardware Troubleshooting: Diagnose and repair issues related to laptops, desktops, and printers.
System Maintenance: Install, configure, and manage various operating systems.
Network Support: Resolve basic network-related connectivity issues.
User Support: Provide technical assistance through phone calls, email, and live chat.
Communication: Maintain professional standards in both Hindi and English.
Candidate Requirements
Experience: 1 to 3 years of professional experience in technical support.
Technical Skills: * Expertise in hardware troubleshooting.
Familiarity with remote desktop tools.
Knowledge of printer and workstation maintenance.
Soft Skills: Strong customer-handling skills and effective verbal/written communication.
