Role Overview
​This is a Level 1 (L1) Hardware Support position. The primary focus is on diagnosing and resolving physical hardware issues and basic network connectivity for end-users via various communication channels.

​Core Responsibilities
​Hardware Troubleshooting: Diagnose and repair issues related to laptops, desktops, and printers.
​System Maintenance: Install, configure, and manage various operating systems.
​Network Support: Resolve basic network-related connectivity issues.
​User Support: Provide technical assistance through phone calls, email, and live chat.
​Communication: Maintain professional standards in both Hindi and English.

​Candidate Requirements
​Experience: 1 to 3 years of professional experience in technical support.
​Technical Skills: * Expertise in hardware troubleshooting.
​Familiarity with remote desktop tools.
​Knowledge of printer and workstation maintenance.
​Soft Skills: Strong customer-handling skills and effective verbal/written communication.
