Social Media Design: Creating high-impact carousels and visuals for various platforms.
Motion Magic: Using After Effects to animate static designs and create slick transitions.
Print Design: Designing physical assets with a strong understanding of technical specs (bleed, margins, CMYK).
AI Integration: Actively using AI tools to speed up workflows and enhance creativity.
What They’re Looking For
Experience: 2–5 years in a design-focused role.
Technical Toolkit: Mastery of Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, and specifically After Effects).
Portfolio: A proven track record showing social media content and motion graphics.
Soft Skills: A “can-do” attitude toward learning new AI tech and high reliability/discipline.
Requirement: Include your portfolio and a brief note about your experience with After Effects and other design tools or brands you’ve worked with.
