Key Responsibilities
This is a high-level relationship management role focused on long-term client value:
Onboarding: Managing key client relationships and ensuring a smooth start with the software.
Retention: Driving strategies to ensure clients stay with the platform (reducing churn).
Growth: Identifying opportunities for “upselling” (higher tiers) and “cross-selling” (additional products).
Satisfaction: Acting as the primary advocate to ensure the customer achieves their business goals.
Leadership & Experience Expectations
The recruiter is looking for a seasoned professional with a track record in the tech space:
Experience: 8–12 years in customer success or account management.
Domain Expertise: Must have worked within SaaS or high-tech environments.
Skills: Exceptional stakeholder management and communication skills.
Salary: AED 25,000 – 40,000 per month (Tax-Free) + commission and bonuses.
Approximate Conversion: ₦10,000,000 – ₦16,000,000 NGN or $6,800 – $10,800 USD monthly.
