Focus: Building and supporting large-scale network infrastructure and solving complex routing challenges.
Key Responsibilities
Support and maintain WAN infrastructure across enterprise environments.
Troubleshoot complex network issues and perform root cause analysis.
Work with MPLS, OSPF, and BGP in real-world scenarios.
Manage site-to-site VPNs and ensure secure connectivity.
Collaborate with global teams on network design and changes.
Requirements & Tech Stack
Experience: 3+ years in WAN/enterprise networking.
Core Skills: Strong routing and troubleshooting skills with hands-on experience with Cisco platforms and network security.
Cisco Platforms: Cisco Nexus & ASR platforms (IOS-XR / NX-OS).
Routing Protocols: MPLS, OSPF, BGP.
VPNs: IPSec, SSL-VPN.
Firewalls: Palo Alto.
Availability: Comfortable working in shifts (global support model); immediate joiners are preferred.
