Description:
We’re looking for a creative, fast-paced, and culture-savvy Social Media Manager & Content Creator to join our team.
This is not a basic posting role. We need someone who can create, execute, and drive growth through content.
What You’ll Do:
•Shoot engaging content (videos, reels, behind-the-scenes, trends)
•Edit and post content same-day (speed is key)
•Manage our social media pages (Instagram, TikTok, etc.)
•Spot and jump on trends quickly
•Create content that drives engagement, sales, and visibility
•Develop content ideas that can go viral
•Maintain a consistent posting schedule
Who We’re Looking For:
•You understand Nigerian internet culture (this is very important)
•You’re creative and always full of content ideas
•You can shoot with a phone and still make it look premium
•You edit fast and well (CapCut, InShot, or similar tools)
•You’re proactive you don’t wait to be told what to post
•You’re organized and consistent
