Human Resources Officer

Description:

Develop, implement, and maintain HR policies and procedures in line with organizational goals and Nigerian labour laws.

• Create, review, and update job descriptions across departments.
• Manage the end-to-end payroll process, ensuring accuracy and timely salary payments.
• Handle statutory remittances including PAYE, pension, NHF, and other employee-related tax obligations.
• Ensure full compliance with Nigerian labour laws and regulatory requirements.
• Lead recruitment, onboarding, and offboarding processes.
• Foster and maintain positive employee relations and a healthy workplace culture.
• Maintain accurate and confidential employee records and HR documentation.

Qualifications & Requirements
• 1–2 years of experience in Human Resources or related functions.
• Proficiency in HR management and understanding of core HR processes.
• Experience in developing and implementing HR policies and job descriptions.
• Hands-on experience in payroll administration and statutory remittances.
* Strong knowledge of Nigerian labour laws and compliance requirements.
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and employee relations skills.
• Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and high level
