## **What is this Job About?**

As Senior Social Media Manager I at Labile, you will play a leading role in shaping how editorial stories are distributed, framed, and experienced across digital platforms. You will be responsible for ensuring that strong editorial work does not simply get posted, but is strategically packaged, thoughtfully adapted, and effectively delivered to the audiences it is meant to reach.

This role is for someone who understands that social media, within a serious media environment, is far more than routine posting or content scheduling. **It requires editorial judgment, platform intelligence, audience awareness, and the ability to make smart decisions about how stories should travel. You should be able to look at a story and determine how it should be framed for different platforms, what format will carry it best, what hook will draw attention responsibly, and how performance signals should inform future editorial decisions.**

You will work across a range of editorial outputs, including written stories, explainer videos, carousel posts, static graphics, and other story packages developed for digital-first audiences. You will be expected to take strong ownership of the publishing strategy, platform adaptation, audience-facing framing, and performance analysis of these stories, while working closely with editorial, video, design, and presentation teams to ensure the final output is clear, compelling, and aligned with both the story and the brand.

Your role will focus on platform publishing, captioning, packaging, distribution strategy, audience insights, and the systems that help our editorial products perform effectively across platforms.
