Description: KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

 

Photo & Video Production

 

Coordinate photo and video shoots including scheduling, creative direction and logistics

Manage a network of freelance photographers, videographers, and editors to ensure consistent brand quality and on-time delivery

Produce and edit short-form video content for social media, email campaigns, and website

Maintain a library of photo and video assets for use across all marketing channels

Content Creation & Publishing

 

Develop and publish content across social channels including LinkedIn, Facebook, and Instagram

Design graphics and visual assets for social media, email campaigns, and sales materials that maintain brand consistency across all channels

Build and manage email campaigns including promotional sends and nurture sequences to support lead generation and client retention

Write and publish blog posts covering retail trends, project highlights, and industry insights

Case Study & Sales Materials

 

Create and update sales decks, web pages, and case study materials that reflect the quality and craft of our work

Translate complex project narratives into compelling visual and written content for B2B audiences

Work closely with the sales team to ensure all materials are accurate, polished, and on brand

Marketing Metrics & Reporting

 

Collect, analyze, and report on performance data across all channels

Share insights and recommendations to continuously improve content strategy

REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS:

 

Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Visual Communications, Design, Video Production, Fine Arts or a related field

3-5 years of proven, hands-on experience with demonstrated career progression in a marketing role

Demonstrated B2B marketing experience, including working directly with a sales team to support brand building and content strategy

Strong visual production skills across graphic design, video editing, and digital content creation – with proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite including Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign and Premiere Pro

Media-oriented background with a strong eye for visual storytelling and brand consistency

Strong writer who can translate B2B project narratives into compelling content for multiple channels

Working understanding of AI tools such as Claude, ChatGPT, Copilot, and Gemini

Experience managing a content calendar and juggling multiple projects simultaneously

Solid understanding of SEO fundamentals and content strategy

Proficiency with analytics tools and comfort working with performance data

Proven experience building and managing email workflows and marketing automations

A portfolio demonstrating design, written content, and video work is strongly preferred.
