Description: What You’ll Do:
– Craft voice-optimized prompt flows — conversational flows for natural speech patterns, TTS pronunciation, multi-turn dialogue
– Build finance AI agents with hierarchical workflows — Research Agent, Finance Agent, Editor Agent
– Continuous prompt refinement using LLM feedback loops, A/B testing, and prompt versioning
– Fine-tune LLMs (Gemini, GPT, Claude) for AI Finance Employee optimization
– Optimize LLM system performance for low latency across financial AI applications
– Integrate RAG with enterprise knowledge bases and financial APIs
– Collaborate with engineering on LiveKit voice infrastructure and telephony APIs
– Develop complementary AI components — OCR models, chatbots, and automated approval systems
Requirements
Bachelor’s or Master’s in Statistics, Machine Learning, Data Science, or related field
ML, Statistics, LLM fine-tuning, or prompt engineering
Extensive experience in Python programming
Proficiency with cloud platforms — Google Cloud preferred
Strong expertise in Python backend development and launching ML products to production
Experience with multiple LLM platforms and frameworks
Familiarity with NLP techniques and libraries
Knowledge of Git and software engineering best practices
Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English
Passionate about AI and its potential to transform businesses
Salary: ₹480,000 – ₹600,000/year (₹40,000–₹50,000/month)
