Hiring: Performance Marketing Specialist

Location: Dehradun (In-office primary, but remote is negotiable)
​Experience Level: 1–4 Years (Junior to Mid-level)

​Focus your search on candidates who demonstrate hands-on execution rather than just strategy or reporting.

Core Technical Skills
​Ad Platforms: Deep expertise in Google Ads and Meta (Facebook/Instagram) Ads.
​Tracking & Analytics: Must be proficient in the “Tech Stack” — GTM (Google Tag Manager), Meta Pixel, and Event tracking.
​Optimization: Experience with A/B testing for creatives, landing pages, and audience segments.

Performance Metrics
​The candidate must be “obsessed” with CPL (Cost Per Lead).
​They need a track record of hitting specific lead-generation targets for D2C (Direct-to-Consumer) or local brands.

Market Reach
​Experience targeting international markets is a priority, specifically: US, UK, UAE, Australia, and SEA (Southeast Asia).
