Hiring: Application Test Specialist/Remote

Experience: 7+ Years (Manual + Automation Testing)

Key Responsibilities
​This role is centered on ensuring high-fidelity digital payment experiences across web and mobile platforms:
​End-to-End Testing: Taking ownership of testing for BIMPAY, MPOS, Cards, and various e-commerce platforms.
​Automation Engineering: Transforming manual test journeys into powerful automation scripts using tools like BrowserStack, Selenium, and Appium.
​Quality Assurance: Designing smart test cases based on real-world user flows, hunting bugs, and tracking defects in JIRA.
​Release Management: Ensuring seamless releases through rigorous regression, performance, and User Acceptance Testing (UAT).
​Process Optimization: Configuring apps, managing test environments, and leveraging SQL and Python/Java/JS to build robust testing frameworks.
​

Candidate Requirements
​Experience: 7+ years of professional experience in both manual and automation testing.
​Technical Domain: * Deep knowledge of digital banking, payments, and transaction journeys (including settlement & reconciliation).
​Mastery of automation tools: Selenium, Appium, and BrowserStack.
​Proficiency in SQL and at least one programming language (Python, Java, or JS).
​Skillset: Ability to collaborate with business and tech stakeholders to drive faster resolutions and validate complete transaction cycles.
