Actively design, build, and maintain .NET applications and Web APIs

Own and guide software architecture, technical standards, and long-term system direction

Drive project planning, prioritization, and delivery across multiple initiatives

Continuously improve how the team builds, delivers, and supports solutions

What We’re Looking For

Strong independent thinker who operates with minimal oversight

Comfortable making decisions without perfect information

Proven experience managing developers and delivering complex software projects

Strong architectural judgment and ability to explain technical decisions clearly

Comfortable working directly with business users to define and refine solutions

Demonstrated ability to drive innovation, modernization, or meaningful change

Willingness to challenge assumptions (including leadership’s) in service of better outcomes
