Description: Core Tasks:
Shape Brand Identity: Design a cohesive visual identity (logo, typography, color palette, brand book) that captures the startup’s vision
Craft Intuitive Digital Experiences: Create wireframes, high-fidelity UI mockups, and interactive prototypes in Figma to deliver user-focused product flows
Build a Standout Website: Design and develop a responsive, user-centric website from concept to launch, aligned with business goals. Mimic the look & feel of Escape.ai
Collaborate & Iterate: Partner with the founder to refine designs, ensuring alignment with the product vision and user needs.
Must-Haves:
5+ years proven experience as a UI/UX Designer, preferably in startup environments
Background delivering web-based SaaS projects (preferably related to media)
Strong proficiency with Adobe XD, Figma, and AI based design solutions like framer.com
Strong portfolio demonstrating branding (logos, brand systems) and UI/UX design for web applications
Ability to create or maintain a comprehensive brand guide
Experience creating and maintaining comprehensive brand guides and design systems
Experience conducting user research, usability testing, or A/B testing to inform design decisions
Deep understanding of user-centered design principles, responsive design, and modern UX/UI best practices
Strong written and verbal English communication skills
Ability to work full-time EST
Nice-to-Have:
Experience with visual development tools (e.g., Builder.io, Webflow) for rapid website prototyping
Familiarity with HTML/CSS and JavaScript
