Role: Senior ServiceNow Developer (Enterprise Architecture–Aligned)
📍 Location: UAE Preferred | Offshore (Remote) Also Open

📄 Engagement: Full-Time / Contract / Freelancers
🛠 Key Responsibilities–
✔️ Design & develop enterprise-grade ServiceNow solutions
✔️ Work across ITSM, custom applications, workflows & integrations
✔️ Align development with Enterprise Architecture standards
✔️ Create technical design documents & reusable components
✔️ Lead code reviews & quality assurance practices
✔️ Troubleshoot complex platform & integration issues
✔️ Support production & lower environments
✔️ Mentor junior developers & drive best practices
🔧 Core Technical Skills–
🔹 Strong expertise in ServiceNow Development (7+ years)
🔹 Proficiency in JavaScript (Client & Server-side)
🔹 Hands-on with Flow Designer & IntegrationHub
🔹 Experience with Script Includes, Business Rules, ACLs
🔹 Strong exposure to REST / SOAP APIs & integrations
🔹 Experience with MID Server & complex integrations
🔹 Knowledge of performance tuning & security optimization
🏗 Enterprise Architecture Exposure (Must Have)–
✔️ Experience aligning solutions with EA frameworks & standards
✔️ Strong understanding of data models, CMDB & system design
✔️ Ability to challenge non-compliant requirements
✔️ Experience presenting in Architecture Review Boards
✔️ Knowledge of integration patterns & system-of-record models
