Platform Engineering: Design, build, and scale a proprietary recruitment intelligence platform.
End-to-End Ownership: Own services throughout the entire lifecycle, from initial design to production deployment.
Code Quality: Lead Pull Request (PR) reviews to ensure high standards of code integrity and performance.
Mentorship: Act as a technical leader and mentor for other engineers on the team.
