Hiring! Human Resources Onboarding Specialist

Description:Key Responsibilities:

 

Manage the complete onboarding lifecycle for US-based employees/clients

Coordinate with candidates to collect required documentation (I-9, W-4, ID proofs, etc.)

Ensure compliance with US employment laws and company policies

Initiate and track background verification and drug screening processes

Collaborate with HR, payroll, and compliance teams for seamless onboarding

Maintain and update employee records in HR systems (ATS/HRIS)

Communicate onboarding status updates to stakeholders

Address candidate queries and resolve onboarding-related issues

Ensure timely completion of onboarding within defined SLAs

Required Skills & Qualifications:

 

Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business Administration, or related field

3+ years of experience in US onboarding / HR operations

Strong understanding of US employment documentation and compliance

Experience with ATS/HRIS tools (e.g., Workday, ADP, or similar)

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

Strong attention to detail and organizational skills

Ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
