Administrative Officer

Key Responsibilities:
• Manage office calendars, meetings, and conference room bookings
• Provide logistics support for meetings and corporate events
• Implement and maintain administrative policies and workflows
• Coordinate travel arrangements and logistics for staff
• Maintain accurate records, documentation, and filing systems
• Support courier services and monitor dispatch/delivery efficiency
• Oversee telecom services and manage communication-related issues
• Ensure compliance with internal policies and procedures

Requirements:
• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Social Sciences, or related field
• Minimum of 5 years’ experience in an administrative or similar role
• Experience in facilities, logistics, or office administration
• Strong organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills
• Ability to manage records, reporting, and documentation accurately
