Description: About the Role
We’re looking for a consistent and creative video editor to support our weekly content. This role is best suited for someone early in their editing career who is looking to build experience and a portfolio.
Responsibilities
Edit 1 full podcast episode per week (light editing: cuts, audio balance, flow)
Create 4 short-form clips per week (30–40 seconds each)
Ensure 1 clip highlights the main story or theme of the episode
Add basic:
B-roll (when appropriate)
Music and/or sound effects
Maintain a consistent editing style across all content
Time Commitment
Approximately 5–8 hours per week
Weekly deliverables must be submitted 1 week before publishing
Qualifications
Basic to intermediate editing skills (CapCut, Premiere Pro, Final Cut, etc.)
Understanding of short-form content (Reels, TikTok, Shorts)
Reliable with deadlines
Strong attention to detail
Nice to Have
Interest in wellness, storytelling, or podcast content
Ideal Candidate
Someone who wants real, consistent editing reps, values storytelling, and is looking to grow within a creative environment.
Experience editing social media clips.
